Tuvoi can create a SMS campaign based on criteria that you choose. It can then send out text messages at a rate which you specify. By having the ability to speed up or slow down the messages going out, you adjust the volume of calls and return texts coming in based on available manpower. If return messages come in management can delegate who sees and answers them.

Manual SMS (texting)
Within each account exists the ability to send a text message to any phone number on the account. You have the option of providing each collector a menu of pre-written compliant text messages which they can choose from and send it with a few clicks.
Automatic call recording
Once this feature has been turned on, Tuvoi automatically records every collection call but then files those recordings in a tab in that very account which can be played or downloaded at any time.
Report Generator

With Tuvoi you get the Galaxy Report Generator that allows you to decide what kind of data you want in a report by drawing on virtually any field in the system. Interactive Dashboards
Every user has their own dashboard on which they will be able to see messages and reminders sent by other users, reminders sent to themselves for a given account for a particular date and time and automatically generated by the system such scheduled payments that were not processed. The layout is customizable for each group of users. For example collectors can see real time bonus information and real time activities for their group while clerical groups can have posting information and collection managers can have a “jump to” feature that lets them go to the exact account a collector is on now. Many other items can be added to the dashboard to really streamline collections.
Automatic account grouping
When new accounts are input Tuvoi automatically checks to see if a debtor has another account. If so that account is attached to the existing account and is accessible to the collector from a drop down box. This ensures that you never lose track of how much the debtor owes at any given time.
Ensure compliance.
Using Tuvoi you will be able to not only monitor anyone real-time but you can also enter the call as a third person or enter the call so that the collector can hear you but the debtor can not. Additionally, every recording is kept and stored in a tab in each account making compliance audits easy and 100% accurate. If you believe that there might be a problem with a collector talking to a debtor, the account can be reassigned with a few keystrokes and the collector can be locked out of the account. The system gives the manager complete control whether he is on site or working remotely.
