Manager and Collector Dashboards
All users have a powerful dashboard to launch from which is customizable. In the Dashboard you can send and receive messages, go to any messaged account by clicking on it. Collectors can see commissions, set up account follow ups and see their activities in real time for the day. The Managers dashboard helps the managers control collector workflow and follow up and collector productivity.
Powerful Customizable Account search Engine
The account SEARCH ENGINE can search your entire database based on any field or fields you choose for building a collector queue by either the collector or manager. The manager has the option of building any queue and assigning those accounts to whatever collector or collector group with the touch of a button. Managers can decide what accounts get high priority and what accounts should be worked less and by whom. Queues can then be sorted by almost any field either the collector or managers wishes.
